We set dates around your schedule and the other trades on site.
Frame, hang, finish
Metal or wood framing, board installation, then tape and finish to the specified level.
Walkthrough
We walk the work with you, close out punch items and leave the area clean.

Drywall finish is specified by level, from bare board to a full skim coat. Pick a level to see what goes on the wall and where it gets used.

Standard commercial finish
Flat joints get two separate coats over the tape and interior angles get one. Fastener heads and accessories get three coats. Everything is sanded smooth and ready for primer.

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on the scope and the GC's schedule. We'll give you a firm schedule with your estimate.

How does the quoting process work?
Send us your plans or project scope through the quote form. We check bid requests daily, follow up quickly to confirm details, walk the site if needed, and provide a firm written estimate.
Which finish level do I need?
Your specs usually call it out. Level 4 is the common standard for painted commercial walls. Level 5 is for gloss paint, strong side lighting and high-visibility spaces. If the drawings are unclear, we will point it out in the bid.
